Everyone is welcome to join in the celebrations. However, only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents can each collect a pair of tickets at the community centres on a first come, first served basis. Ticket holders will be allowed admission first before walk-in participants. As the Heartland Celebrations extend beyond the parade, we want to welcome all residents to join us as we celebrate SG60 and share this joy together.
