Can I collect tickets on behalf of someone? What if I am unable to head down on the stipulated collection dates?

Successful applicants can authorise a family member or friend to collect their tickets by forwarding the notification email. However, please note that the QR code in the email is linked to the applicant's personal details, and any misuse of the tickets will be traced back to the original applicant. You will need to produce both a copy of your NRIC and the original applicant's NRIC for verification (digital NRIC via Singpass is acceptable).
