Upon the death of a sole owner or co-owner of a HDB flat under tenancy-in-common, what should the family do?
The deceased's family needs to apply to the Courts for the Grant of Letters of Administration (if the deceased did not leave a Will) or Grant of Probate (if there is a Will).
