There is no limit to the number of persons who can download the digital death or stillbirth certificate. However, to download a death certificate, they must be a next-of-kin, or are authorised by a next-of-kin. To download a stillbirth certificate, they must be the parent of the stillborn baby, or are authorised by the parent.
