Does the Human Organ Transplant Act (HOTA) allow me to opt out from donating a specific organ?

Yes. Anyone who does not wish to donate a particular organ can register his objections using the form and send it to the National Organ Transplant Unit. The registrant can opt out of any or all of the four organs under HOTA.
