Is burial cost a recurring fee or one time only cost?
The Choa Chu Kang Cemetery Complex is the only cemetery in Singapore open for burials that is managed by the National Environment Agency (NEA). The burial fee as indicated in NEA's website is a once-off payment.
The payment of the burial fee for the grave plot is to be made at the service counters before burial. Foreigners are allowed to be buried in Singapore only if the deceased persons have immediate family members who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents. More information related to burial can be found at NEA's website.
