If the deceased passed on without a will and did not make a CPF nomination. Will CPF contact the trustee directly on CPF distribution or do we need to engage administrator/trustee ourselves?
If a member did not make a CPF nomination, upon his/her passing, his/her CPF savings will be transferred to the Public Trustee's Office (PTO) for distribution to family members under intestacy laws or inheritance laws (for Muslims).
