Can I have my Haj Medical Assessments done at my family clinic or at the polyclinic?

Updated by MUIS

While you are not restricted from seeking your Haj Medical Assessment elsewhere, we strongly encourage you to visit MUIS-appointed medical service providers, as they are specially briefed and well-equipped to conduct the full suite of required assessments, including the mobility test, in a single visit. Family clinics and polyclinics may not offer the complete range of services required, which could result in having to visit multiple medical centres to complete your assessment — incurring additional costs and time — or risk being turned away altogether.

If you prefer to have your assessment done at your family doctor, you may submit a request online at go.gov.sg/hmarequest from 14 September onwards, upon receiving your Letter of Intent for us to email the medical checklist to your family doctor.

Please note that the link will only be accessible from 14 September. Please also note that medical charges at your preferred provider are to be borne by yourself, and we encourage you to check with the respective centres or clinics on their fees beforehand.
