The doctor will submit the results directly to MUIS online. Applicants are not required to submit the certificate to MUIS directly.

During the assessment, the doctor is required to complete an online checklist which will be directed to MUIS upon submission. Regardless the outcomes of the assessment, the doctor must issue the Medical Health Certificate to the applicants.

Applicants are advised to safekeep their Medical Health Certificate, as it will be required for verification when purchasing Haj packages from MUIS-appointed travel agents, if they are offered a place to perform Haj.

Failure to produce the Medical Health Certificate will automatically disqualify them from purchasing Haj packages and receiving a Haj visa.
