There following situations are eligible for exemption.  

• Full-time students in undergraduate or postgraduate Islamic Studies and skills-based* programmes (must provide university acceptance letter) 

• Individuals aged 65 years and above 

• Those undergoing long-term medical treatment (official hospital documentation required) 

• Any other cases deemed appropriate by the ARB
