Can we put the name of a adoptive father at the back of the name of the adopted child by excluding the word "bin" or "binte" in her/his birth certificate?
It is important to note that the prohibition against associating a child's name with a non-biological father extends beyond merely including or excluding 'bin' or 'binte'. The primary objective is to avoid creating the impression that the child's father is someone other than their biological father.
Therefore, even attaching the adoptive father's name without 'bin' or 'binte' could have a similar effect.
However, it is also not advisable to use 'Bte Abdullah' in the child's name, as this may draw unwanted attention in the future. Instead, one might consider including only the child's given name on their birth certificate.
