It is not highly recommended to perform haj other than Singapore if they are holding a Singapore citizenship, as stipulated by Saudi Haj Ministry. But if they have valid reasons such as performing haj with their spouse that stay in the country that they want to perform their haj. E.g Malaysia , India or others, they have to make their own visa arrangements from the country they would depart.

Applicant must fulfil the conditions imposed by Lembaga Tabung Haji or the country that he will depart from.

Applicant must register with Muis if he wish to perform Haj through Lembaga Tabung Haji, Malaysia or other country.
