What happen to the admin fee, if pilgrims cancel their registration?

The admin fee is non-refundable. But if the pilgrims or their representative request for refund due to financial problem, decease, bed ridden or chronic illness, they must complete the cancellation and refund form and attached any relevant document e.g death certificate etc. The application is subject to approval by Management.
