The admin fee is non-refundable if you have registered on 21 February 2023 onwards. If you registered for Haj before 21 February 2023, you may cancel your registration at MyHajSg portal and opt for either a bank transfer refund or a donation to Baitulmal.

You need to fill up the online form at MyHajSG and upload the supporting documents:

(i) A digital copy of your physical NRIC (back and front), and

(ii) a copy of your latest bank statement, reflecting your full name, Bank Account Number and the Bank Name

Please take note that the refund process will take approximately up to 60 days upon complete submission of supporting documents.
