Do I need to have a Muis Halal certificate for fresh, whole eggs, to cater to the Muslim public?
Halal certification is voluntary, and it is a business decision for companies if they wish to attain Halal certification. Fresh, whole eggs are suitable for Muslim consumption on condition that it has not been cross-mixed with any non-Halal ingredients.
