Do the aLIVE teachers receive training regularly?

aLIVE teachers' professional development is guided by the aLIVE Teacher Competency Framework. The framework outlines the knowledge, skills and attributes that are required of aLIVE teachers. It includes Islamic content knowledge, teaching and facilitating skills as well as leadership skills. Teachers are given opportunities to attend courses and participate in learning activities that support the development of these competencies throughout their career in aLIVE. Training and development activities are heavily subsudised by the Teachers' Training Grant.
