This Scholarship is open to outstanding graduates (both Madrasah & non-Madrasah) from local and overseas universities with keen interest to pursue further studies on Islam, Muslim societies and other fields (as listed under the preferred fields of study) which are relevant to the community’s progress and development.

The Scholarship is eligible for:

• Outstanding graduates (both Madrasah & non-Madrasah) from local and overseas universities with keen interest to pursue further studies on Islam, Muslim societies and other fields Muslim citizens, permanent residents and children of Singapore citizens or permanent residents (who have resided in Singapore for at least 5 years before the date of application).

• Have obtained outstanding Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in any field of study.

• Preferably be between 21 and 40 years old at the time of application.
