Why have I been logged out of the Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal?
If you have been unexpectedly logged out of the GPL Portal, there are three possible reasons.
Your login session may have expired due to inactivity. You may have been submitting GPL applications across multiple browser tabs at the same time — the GPL Portal only supports one application at a time, so using multiple tabs can cause a logout. Alternatively, the system may have detected an attempt to bypass pages in the application form.
To continue, log in again and resume your application. If you are submitting multiple claims, complete and submit one application before starting the next.
If the issue persists, report it to MSF by submitting a form here. Include a description of the error and a full screenshot so that MSF can investigate the issue.
