Who can view, create, or update information in the "Manage Payment Details" form in the Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal?
Access to the "Manage Payment Details" form differs depending on whether you are an employer or a self-employed person/parent, and whether you are viewing or editing the information.
For employers
Action | UEN entities | Non-UEN entities |

View | Personnel with "Manager", "Preparer", or "Reader" roles | NRIC/FIN holder of the CPF Submission Number (CSN) only |
Create or update | Personnel with "Manager" role only | NRIC/FIN holder of the CPF Submission Number (CSN) only |
For self-employed persons and parents
You can log in via Singpass to view, provide, or update your payment details. If no records exist, you will be directed to provide your payment details in the "Manage Payment Details" form upon log in.
