The SG Child Support Package represents a significant change in existing support schemes and time is required to enhance the systems and transit to the new scheme.

The SG Child Support Package replaces the support currently provided through the Baby Bonus Scheme and Large Families Scheme. Existing Baby Bonus payouts will continue as usual and will cease when SG Child Support Package payouts start from April 2027. Children under the Baby Bonus Scheme will be automatically transitioned to the new Package.
