Based on the Child Development Co-Savings Act (CDCA), the parent who has care and control of the child shall be the CDA trustee. The current CDA trustee can submit a Change Trustee request through their internet banking app or the bank's online portal where the CDA is held. Alternatively, the parent with care and control of the child can submit a copy of the court order through go.gov.sg/contact-bb to request for a change in CDA trustee, by 15 Dec of the year your child turns 12. To ensure the change can be processed in time, please submit the request as early as possible before the deadline.
