If you have a Court Order indicating your care and control of your child/ward, and the other parent is the existing CDA trustee and CSA joint account holder, they can go to the bank portal to submit the request to change the CDA trustee and CSA joint account holder to you. Alternatively, to request the change of trustee, please submit a copy of the court order showing care and control of your child through go.gov.sg/contact-bb
