To update your child's name for the Child Development Account (CDA)/Child Savings Account (CSA), the CDA trustee can visit any branch of the CDA bank with the original deed poll or new birth certificate. Please also submit a copy of the deed poll or new birth certificate through go.gov.sg/contact-bb to update your child’s name for the Baby Bonus record.
Successfully enrolled into Baby Bonus Scheme but CDA/CSA not opened
To update your child's name in the Baby Bonus and bank records, please submit a copy of the deed poll or new birth certificate through go.gov.sg/contact-bb After we have updated your child's name, you can proceed to open the CDA/CSA with your child'ss new name, using the bank link issued by LifeSG (sent via your email and LifeSG inbox).
