How do I update my new address with Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) if I have moved?

If there is a change in your address, please update your new address with Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) online using this [link]. Our Ministry will be updated with your new address after that. If you are a foreigner and would like us to update your address, please submit your supporting document, such as a phone or a utility bill printed with your name and new address through go.gov.sg/contact-bb. Please also inform the Child Development Account (CDA) bank separately to update your address.
