What about legal fees if I use a lawyer to help with my LPA? Are those covered too?
The professional fees for legal services, such as having a lawyer prepare the LPA (e.g. LPA Form 2) or engaging a Certificate Issuer, are still payable by the Donor. Only the application fee for LPA Form 1 application by Singapore citizens is made free of charge. The updated LPA application fees for other LPA form types and applicants will be posted on OPG website.
