If I'm a Singapore Citizen living overseas, am I still eligible for the LPA fee waiver removal?
The LPA Form 1 application will be free of charge for all Singapore Citizens from 1 April 2026, after the current fee waiver ends on 31 March 2026.
Please note that the LPA must be certified by a Certificate Issuer registered with the Office of the Public Guardian in Singapore. Hence, the Donor must be physically in Singapore during the LPA certification by the Certificate Issuer.
