How do I submit my LPA application if I do not have a smartphone or do not know how to make online applications?

Refer to the Quick Reference Guide on how to submit an online LPA application.

 

If challenges persist, or if you do not have a smartphone, you may submit your LPA application in hardcopy to 3 Bishan Place #03-00 CPF Building Singapore 579838.

Also note that the processing of hardcopy applications will take longer than online applications in OPGO.
