Is there a cap on Government-Paid Maternity Leave (GPML) reimbursement?
We will reimburse/pay for the 9th to 16th weeks of Government-Paid Maternity Leave (GPML) for the first two child orders or the full 16 weeks for the third child order onwards.
The reimbursement/payment is capped at $10,000 per 4 weeks, which adds up to a cap of $20,000 for the first two child orders or $40,000 for the third child order onwards (inclusive of CPF contributions).
Note:
For the mother's first and second child order, reimbursement is capped at $10,000 per 4 weeks or a total of $20,000 per child order
For the mother's 3rd and subsequent child order, the reimbursement is capped at $10,000 per 4 weeks, up to a total of $40,000 per child order
