What proof is required for overseas travel, particularly for Malaysia trips to support waiver of Attendance Requirement for Student Care Centre?

For verification of overseas travel, including short trips to Malaysia, MSF accepts either a parent's excuse letter or any supporting document that shows that the child is travelling.
