What should I do if the refund of my child’s excess CDA balance (ECB) via PayNow is unsuccessful?
The CDA trustee will have to nominate a bank account to receive the excess CDA balance (ECB). Please follow the instructions in MSF’s letter sent to the CDA trustee’s residential address or as follows::
1. Trustee to access “Family View service” on Parent Portal Services
2. Log in with Singpass
3. Click “Crediting of excess CDA balance”
4. Complete the form and click “Submit”
