HOMES is the Household Means Eligibility System, a Government system that supports public schemes in conducting means tests as part of their assessment to determine the level of assistance for applicants. HOMES officers will contact parents to request supporting documents or information needed to determine means test eligibility. Parents must respond to contact made by HOMES officers for HOMES to assess eligibility for Student Care Financial Assistance (SCFA).

HOMES outbound calls are made from 6015 5700. An SMS from gov.sg will be sent requesting for follow up/callback in the event, applicant is uncontactable.
