If I have made a payment using my child’s Child Development Account (CDA) moneys for an approved use at optical shops or retail pharmacies before 1 Jan 2026, can I seek a refund after they are no longer Approved Institutions (AIs)?
This is subject to the refund policy determined by individual optical shops and retail pharmacies according to their business practices.
Please note that refunds for Child Development Account (CDA) purchases will have to returned to the respective CDA that was used to pay for the goods and/or services. If the CDA is closed, please write in to MSF_Babybonus@msf.gov.sg for further assistance.
