I am a merchant and I would like to refund a customer for a failed transaction where they had used the Large Family LifeSG Credits. How do I do this?

Merchants can send the refund back to the bank account that they received the amount from, using the same transaction method (FAST) that was used in the original transaction, quoting the original End-to-End reference or QR reference.
