My Singapore Citizen child aged 1-6 will become a Singapore Citizen after the eligibility assessment date for Large Family LifeSG Credits (LFLC). Will he/she still be eligible for the LFLC?
Your child will not be eligible for the Large Family LifeSG Credits (LFLC) as he/she was not a Singapore Citizen by the eligibility assessment date in the year of disbursement. However, your child may receive the LFLC in the subsequent years if they are the third and subsequent Singapore Citizen children aged 1-6.
Your child will still receive comprehensive support under the government’s Marriage and Parenthood (M&P) Package. Details about the M&P Package can be found at https://madeforfamilies.gov.sg.
