How do I change my child’s CDA trustee to get Large Family LifeSG Credits?
Large Family LifeSG Credits (LFLC) are given to the CDA trustee in MSF's records as of the eligibility assessment date, which is the first day of the month before the payment month. For example, if your family qualifies for LFLC payment in September 2025, the credits would be paid to the CDA trustee of the eligible child as of 1 August 2025.
To change the CDA trustee, the current trustee may do so directly with the bank where the CDA is held, using the internet banking app or the bank’s online portal. Both of the child’s parents must discuss and agree on who the CDA trustee should be.
Alternatively, the child’s parent who has been given the care and control of the child may provide a copy of the court order at https://go.gov.sg/msf-bb-change-cda-trustee.
Any changes in families’ eligibility that occur after the respective eligibility assessment date will only be taken into account for the following year’s LFLC disbursement.
