I am the parent of an eligible child. Why didn’t I receive the Large Family LifeSG Credits?

This could be for a few reasons:

  1. You are not CDA trustee for the child as of the eligibility assessment date

  2. You have an ongoing change of trustee request for your child

To check CDA trustee information, use “View Child Cash Gift/CDA Details & Update Other Details” on the Baby Bonus website: https://go.gov.sg/babybonus. Click on “View Statement and Trustee Information” after log in.

If you have not received the credits, you may want to check with your spouse if he/she has received the credits.
