If your household income or circumstances change, you can appeal via the Student Care Centre or SupportGoWhere, with supporting documents on the change in circumstances and comments indicating the reasons for the appeal.

Do take note that MSF will accede to appeals on a case-to-case basis, if there are extenuating circumstances which may result in family not able to make the ends meet.
