Is it possible for the applicant to submit two separate Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA) applications via SupportGoWhere (SGW)?
No, 1 person can only submit 1 SCFA application (up to 6 beneficiaries) via SupportGoWhere. If the applicant missed including another child as a beneficiary, advise them to get their spouse to submit a separate SCFA application for that child via SGW using his/her SingPass.
For single parents, they must await the outcome of their submitted SGW application before they can submit a new one. There would be a future system enhancement to allow multiple SCFA applications.
