It looks like most of the licensed SRH entities are funded by MSF. Would MSF consider funding currently unfunded entities that will be licensed?

Licensing sets out the baseline requirements that for all SRHs, regardless of whether they receive government funding.

MSF appoints and funds Homes at varying degrees depending on the needs of the clients. For example, Homes that cater to clients in statutory care (e.g. Children’s Homes and Welfare Homes) are funded in full, while the Homes that cater to a mix of low-income and fees-paying clients, are given means-tested demand-side subsidies (e.g. Adult Disability Homes, Hostels and Sheltered Homes).

Apart from programme funding and means-tested subsidies, NCSS also has various training and capability grants, and grants to encourage SSAs to pilot new technologies. Operators can refer to NCSS’s website on funding that is available for organisational, people and service development: Grants | National Council of Social Service.
