To recap, this grant is a lump-sum amount, and SRHs will not need to submit claims for it.

This grant is sized this to cover (i) change management efforts and (ii) costs of developing and/or reviewing SOPs and guidelines. SRHs can use the funds to hire an external consultant to help with this, or for most SRHs, the reviews of SOPs and guidelines will be done by the Home staff, and the funds can be used to recognise their additional work.
