Why is the funding for CCTVs capped at 90%?
The grant is designed to support and strengthen SSAs' capability building, and SSAs' co-funding ensures that there is shared commitment between the government and SSAs. For capital expenditure, MSF typically funds at 90% of actual expenditure. Nonetheless, we note that each SSAs has its own unique financial position, and you may write in to us if your agency is facing financial difficulties to top up the 10%.
