What kind of manpower support can I receive when I send my staff for training?
The manpower costs for hiring temps/casual staff have been included in the TSP so that SRH staff can be released for training.

Can SRHs tap the funding for refresher training (i.e.: staff who have been trained before) or for staff that are not required to attend such training?
What about other compulsory training required that are beyond the 5 categories listed? Are SRHs able to claim for those?
