Amidst the backdrop of tightening manpower and land constraints in Singapore, the social residential homes sector will also need to adapt to the new realities. MSF is in the early stages of reviewing how we might transform the sector, to achieve better care for our clients, better client outcomes, and better ways of working for greater operational efficiency. MSF plans to hold focus group discussions with the sector, to co-create what residential homes of the future could look like, including how the programme should be designed, and infrastructure set-up.
