What do the step-in powers entail? How would it work?

Updated by MSF

MSF may give orders to the failing SRH, such as (i) to transfer resident to the care of another licensed SRH for a specified period, and (ii) to appoint another person to advise the licensee on how to manage the SRH operations.

If needed, MSF may also directly take over the failing SRH's operations or appoint another licensed SRH to temporarily take over.

Such powers will be used judiciously, and only as a last resort if needed, to ensure continuity of care to clients.
