What factors will MSF take into consideration when assessing suitability of SRH personnel?
To ensure that SRH residents are not placed at undue risk of harm, MSF will assess any SRH personnel against factors such as history of sexual offences.
For SRH personnel who take on management responsibilities, MSF will also take offences relating to financial, ethical and corporate misconduct, into consideration. This is to ensure that the SRH will operate smoothly, and by extension, ensure continuity of care for residents.
