Will both parents’ agreement be required to change the sharing arrangement?
If you and your spouse are eligible for Shared Parental Leave (SPL) or the Shared Parental Leave Benefit (SPB), you should discuss and agree on any changes to your sharing arrangement. Once both of you have agreed, either parent can update the arrangement on LifeSG.
