Why is my family not eligible for the ComLink+ Progress Packages, when we are also struggling to make ends meet?

ComLink+ supports families with children under 21 living in public rental housing and families not living in public rental housing but are eligible for KidSTART or have school-going children at risk of long-term absenteeism.

MSF prioritised these families as they typically have less resources to build a better future for themselves and their children. As ComLink+ is a relatively new programme, MSF will take a phased approach and scale it up over time.

Families that are not eligible for ComLink+ but require financial assistance can apply for ComCare financial support online at go.gov.sg/smta or visit their nearest Social Service Office (SSO) to apply in person.

Each SSO not only administers ComCare financial assistance, but also helps applicants access other forms of assistance they may need, such as referring families to employment assistance services or family services.
