Family coaches will: 

• Co-develop action plans with ComLink+ families, and coach and motivate them towards achieving their goals 

• Take the lead to coordinate support for families across programmes such as KidSTART, and community and corporate partners-led programmes (e.g. Children and Youth programmes, financial literacy workshops) to help families better navigate social support services. 

• Assess families’ readiness for the ComLink+ Progress Packages, and recommend the Packages where relevant 

For families known to Family Service Centres (FSCs), FSC case workers will prioritise areas of needs and risks before delivering the above ComLink+ functions.
