ComLink+ families are supported by family coaches, who work with families to co-develop action plans, and coach and motivate them towards achieving their goals. Family coaches also take the lead to coordinate support for families across programmes such as KidSTART, and community and corporate partners-led programmes (e.g. Children and Youth programmes, financial literacy workshops) to help families better navigate social support services.  

Family coaches can offer families ComLink+ Progress Packages to families that have taken steps to improve their own circumstances in key areas of preschool enrolment and attendance, employment, debt clearance and home ownership.
