If I have made a payment from my own pocket for an incidental expense before 1 May 2025, but the items or services are used after this date, can I seek reimbursement from the Child Development Account (CDA) funds?
The expansion of CDA usage to cover more incidental charges incurred at Baby Bonus approved preschools is effective from 1 May 2025.
CDA cannot be used for newly-approved incidental charges (e.g. enrichment programmes) at Baby Bonus approved preschools if they were charged before 1 May 2025, even if the items or services are used after this date.
